Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I deleted all the songs off my iPhone, But when I open up my music, all the songs are still there! I can't play them, but they are still listed. I cannot do the swipe and delete, I went to my manage storage but it said there was no data for my music. iTunes says they're gone as well and I restarted my phone but they are still there. Please help.
If you go to Settings > General > Usage, wait for the Storage section to load, can you tap music from there, and see if the songs are listed?
My music says it has no data, there's not even an option to click it.
Where are you seeing these songs? Do they have a little cloud next to them? If so, then go to Settings>iTunes & App Store and turn off "Show All" options.

Did you ever subscribe to iTunes Match?
I'm seeing them in my music library and no, they do not. :/
Sure, it looks like this, also, no I did not.
Have you tried resetting your device (nothing will be lost): Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). Once the Home screen redisplays, see if the songs are gone.

Just did that, and they still appear.

As Steve said the next step would be to restore, but try one last thing if you haven't restore already. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores and tap your Apple ID and tap sign out. Check your music app and see if they still appear. If they do, then continue on with restoring. If they do not, go back to Settings > iTunes & App Stores and sign back in. The Music should stay ton as long as Settings > Music > Show All Music is Off.
Sometimes these previous purchases get stuck and I have read many posts that are being resolved in this scenario with just signing out of Settings > iTunes & App Stores to break that corrupt connection. Good Luck.

I Have this same problem but even when I restored my phone they are still there and still play, and in storage it also says no data

Unbelievable. Thank you. It was incredibly annoying not being able to delete songs from the music app. I now understand they were coming from iTunes and I had to be signed out to have a completely empty music app.
