Q: Will Final Cut Express work on Version 10.9.3/2.26 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo

I'm running an older MacBook, but have been trying to keep somewhat up to date. I know my processor can handle Final Cut Express, but after reading some posts on various sites, I'm wondering if Final Cut Express will run on Version 10.9.3?

Any help would be much appreciated.

FCE was discontinued by Apple June, 2011 - long before OS 10.9 was written. It isn't designed to work with that OS (and is definitely not supported), but you can always try it and see.

It works OK on my 2008 Core2Duo iMac running OS X 10.9.3 but I only use it for basic work and therefore do not know whether every function is glitch-free.
