If you're starting over from scratch you might want to consider using an application that is not 2 years old and unsupported but one that is currently supported and has all of the features usually wanted in a website creation application.

If you search the iWeb community for "iWeb replacement" or "iWeb alternative" you'll find numerous topics discussing potential candidates.

One app that many have gravitated to is EverWeb because it's user interface and drag and drop capabilities are very much like iWeb's. EverWeb and the other apps have demo versions that you can test drive before purchasing.
