activation
hi iv just baught an iphone 4s but the previous owner forgot to remove their find my iphone app, and the previous owner cant remember their apple ID for the activation of the iphone, help please
Contact the seller to do these things:
Settings > Messages > iMessage > Off
Settings > FaceTime > Off
Settings > iCloud > Delete Account (this only unregisters and deletes it off the iPhone)
Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings

If the seller cannot remember the required information, return the iPhone for
a refund as it is useless and cannot be activated without the information.
There is no workaround for Activation Lock. For more information, look here
