Q: video from camera audio from mixer

I need a video capture device that will send video from a camera and audio from a mixer is this possible and what do you think will work

I run the sound system in our church and we were using all windows products and we updated everything and went with a iMac and a new camera that has HDMI outputs. We would like to make a dvd of the services and want to record the video from the camera to the computer. But want to use the audio from the mixer on the DVD so we can still mix it and the camera is at the back of the room and picks up all the movement and noises during the service.as far as format I dont care to much about it as long as I can put it to a DVD to hand out
