Jun 22, 2014 6:01 PM in response to 18HMAby Ralph Landry1,ON the home screen, swipe down across the apps so you get the search field and keyboard...type FaceTime to see the app icon and open it. Should then appear on your home screen. Also, did you set a restriction code? If so you need to release that to have it available Gain.

Jun 22, 2014 6:20 PM in response to 18HMAby ChrisJ4203,If my memory serves me correctly, there is not a supported carrier for the iPhone in Pakistan. Because of that, any carrier file that is sent out by the carrier could have any unknown effect on the iPhone.

Jun 24, 2014 6:17 PM in response to Qasim Bashirby ChrisJ4203,And the carrier update comes from the carrier, so they are the ones that have done it. As I said before, there is no supported carrier in Pakistan, and if you were to search the forum, you will find a number of other threads regarding FaceTime in Pakistan. One of the threads recommended restoring the phone as new and refusing to accept the carrier update the next time. Not sure how well that might work though.

Jun 24, 2014 10:37 PM in response to 18HMAby IkstremFenatik,First go to restrictions in general settings to see if facetime restriction is on that one reason it may not be showing....another is it could be on the device and is "hidden" go to general reset reset home screen layout....if you have your apps in folder or a certain order you will have to redo them...see then if FaceTime shows...last but not least make sure it is available in your area and that your iPhone is completely up to date
