I am looking for a non-apple but apple certified lightning cable. Can I find a list of certified cables online? Also came across cables made by Belkin, iComsta, and Miracase sold here (so I don't have to order online), but I am wondering if the cables work fine?

There's a problem buying Apple-certified and even "genuine" Apple products from less than honest dealers. A device can say it is Apple compatible, or even say it is Made by Apple, and still be counterfeit. And many of these are actively dangerous, to both you and to your phone. You don't have to watch the whole thing if you don't want to; just the first few seconds demonstrate the problem. SPOILER ALERT: BOTH of the devices pictured are counterfeit, not just the obvious counterfeit on the right. The one that looks like and says it is Apple (on the left) is a fake also.
Impulsively bought a 1.5m belkin cord for around $20. Been using it for a month and it works perfectly fine. Thanks!
Belkin is a reliable company and makes quality Apple-certified products. Probably safer than "Apple" products bought from a non-Apple dealer, as counterfeiters are less likely to make fake Belkin products.
There are two types of lightning cables, certified ones(Mfi) and non certified. The licencing fees makes the Mfi cables more expensive, but requires the cables are manufactured to apples high standards (usually guaranteeing a quality cable). The cheaper non certified cables will work just aswell 99% of the time, as Chinese companies have found a way to work around apples verification chips. If your buying a non-mfi cable i'd suggest going for a a fairly priced one and not a $1 cable - as you get what you pay for as with most things!
I have purchased some good quality non-certified cables and high quality Mfi cables from here, and had no issues ( Australian based company)
