My Holiday Calendar was added automatically... but i live in Germany.

I neglected to indicate I was looking for calendar subscription to apply to my iPod Touch (4th gen). After many attempts I couldn't get these refrences to apply to the touch. I use a Microsoft PC to sync, not a mac.
