FaceTime has disappeared from my iphone5, ios7.1.1

not finding facetime on home screen, no tab in settings not even in restriction n even not finding facetime option in contacts...

using iphone 5 with updated version 7.1.1....

last night i just got an update message regarding the carrier since then I think my facetime thing has gone....

plz help
