Pictures won't display on some websites

For the past week or so I go to certain websites and things aren't working. Everything is up to date. Have all the new software and IOS updates etc. For example, I go to weather.com and all the ads have no pictures, just the blue squares with a question mark. I then went to accuweather.com. Pictures show up, but when I click on the radar, its out of focus and none of the roads or towns or street names etc are on the map. Just a satellite picture with the moving rain. Hope someone can help. Attached a screenshot for reference.User uploaded file

Do you see Develop at the top of the Safari menu between Bookmarks and Window?

if so, click Develop. You'll see a drop down menu. If Disable Images is checked, click there once time to uncheck.

Quit and relaunch Safari to test.

If the Develop menu is not available, try troubleshooting Safari extensions.

From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari to test.

If that helped, turn one extension on then quit and relaunch Safari to test until you find the incompatible extension then click uninstall.

Ok, so I did all the things you said and nothing fixed it. Should I go to the adobe and java sights and download the programs from there? I just don't get why it isn't working. Its very frustrating. I love my mac and replaced the dumb windows computer I had because of so many problems. This is the only issue I have had in 4 months since I got it.

Wow....this is nuts. I'm not this computer smart to change things on my router. But I did set up an account with Open DNS Store. I click on router to configure it for the new numbers but it takes me to community forums for that website. I watched the how to video and it doesn't come up with a bunch of router icons for you to choose the one you have. I'm done messing with it today. I have laundry and dish's to do. I will post back tomorrow. Hope this fix's it. May need to get my coworker over here to help me.
