sync problem

lost all my music after i checked " sync music " plz help me recover them

If it's music you have purchased from iTunes you can redownload it to iTunes on the computer, or directly on the device using the iTunes Store App. Download past purchases


If it is music you previously synced from another computer or library, you will need to re-sync with that library (you can only sync with one library at a time) or if you have those music files saved elsewhere you can import them into your current library and sync again.
