My iPhone 5s won't download emails from an exchange. It verifies correct but then asks for the password over and over
Delete the account, then set it up again.
have done that four times does the same thing every time. It verifies correct and as soon as I leave setup it asks for the password the exchange is with google
Close the mail app, double tap the Home button to bring up recently used apps, slide the app preview up to remove all apps shown, tap Home button when finished. Now, reset your phone: Press the Home button & Sleep/Wake button at the same time, keep pressing until you see the Apple logo, then release. Try now.
If two-step verification is set up on the account, you will have to deal with that - check on how to do that on a mobile device on the Google help page.
Having same problem. Was working fine but then stopped. I already tried deleting and setting up again. did you ever figure this out??? Thanks
