MAIL folders show same message multiple times

I have MacBookAir OS 10.7.5. I have all my e-mail-ids (3 business & 1 personal id on Google and 1 personal on Yahoo). Within GMAIL folder - it shows same message multiple time (seems snapshots at different times). It also shows SPAM messages (see attached images), which I delete, but they come-up again.
