Follow the instructions that came with your phone and set it up like any other IMAP account. There's nothing unusual about the @me.com mail addresses.

Does LG have support forums? They may have more detailed info on their website, too. If it's just the standard Android mail client, try Android forums.
Otherwise, do a search on Google and YouTube.
iCloud account setup
IMAP (Incoming Mail Server) information:
Server name: imap.mail.me.com
SSL Required: Yes
Port: 993
Username: example@me.com (use your @icloud.com or @me.com address from your iCloud account)
Password: Your iCloud password
SMTP (outgoing mail server) information:
Server name: smtp.mail.me.com
SSL Required: Yes
Port: 587
SMTP Authentication Required: Yes
Username: example@icloud.com (use your @icloud.com address from your iCloud account)
Password: Your iCloud password

Instead of using your password for SMTP, try selecting Apple Token.

At least for me, it was one of the choices present when you elect password. I don't know what it is, just that it works for me.
