Missing episodes and image in Library view

The show is https://itunes.apple.com/ph/podcast/budget-minded-traveler-travel/id847606288?mt =2

There are now 10 episodes and it's still showing only 7 episodes in iTunes. We use Blubrry Powerpress and have already set the feed number to show 10 so that shouldn't be the issue. Another odd thing is, when you subscribe, view the feed in the Library and it shows only 9, which is missing episode 8 as well as the image. Any idea what might be causing this? I checked your iTunes Store page and also subscribed to your podcast from there: in both cases all ten episodes showed.

Hi Roger,

Seems like it was an issue with a caching plugin. However, the issue with the image in the Library view is still not working. Do you have any idea what may be causing it? I have checked on the ID3 tags, image size and format and it's all in compliance.

The image appears correctly when you subscribe, but not until you start playing the episode when a small version appears in the top bar next to the progress bar. If you command-click this you will get a larger version as a pop-up.
