Jun 24, 2014 4:42 PM in response to restless_ki10by Ralph Landry1,GOing to an Apple store genius bar is by far the best bet...they do some repairs now in-store for the iPhone 5-series, or if they need to replace and it is out of warranty the fee is $269 for the iPhone 5. Time it takes depends on what needs to be done, but in most cases is while you wait.

Jun 24, 2014 5:04 PM in response to Ralph Landry1by restless_ki10,I just think it's insanity that I have to pay $269 for an issue that's not caused by anything I've done. Apple obviously knows this is an issue with their products, due to their hardware. What a disappointment.
