Thanks for the question. I understand you are experiencing issues with the inline remote of your Apple EarPods. I’d like to ask you a few questions regarding this issue, but first let’s try some of the basic troubleshooting steps:
To isolate the issue, try restarting/resetting your device:
Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset

If the issue persists, do you have another device you can test the EarPods with? Also, what task are you attempting when using the inline remote (adjusting the volume, playing music, etc)
