Problem with Navionics Boating HD app

Operating System & Version: IOS 7.1.1

Device: iPad

Model: IPAD AIR 4G+WIFI MF529LL/A

Device Settings: GPS ENABLED, WIFI ENABLED, 3G ENABLED

Connection Type: WIFI & 3G

Application Title: NAVIONICS BOATING HD

Application Version: BOATING HD 7.0.1

Description of Problem: I downloaded the application on my ipad, i registered with navionics account and then when i am trying to buy chart of Mediterranean & Black Sea i get the following message "Transaction failed. You will not be charged [0xEC]". This message appears without even ask me to enter my apple id password. When i am trying to buy other chart everything is ok, but the particular chart no. I also tried to uninstall the app and install it again.

Could you please help me with this problem?

I am having similar problems with Navionics HD on my iPad Gen 3.


Have full Navionics Platinum+ on my boat with Raymarine E95 MFD as well.


Had to update software for APP, and rebuy maps access. was functioning OK until I also repurchased the advanced routing add in. Now the App freezes on the "I Agree" splash screen on start up.


Support and documentation appear almost non existent?
