My iPhone 5 A1429 Locked after a restore and it says : "Sim not Valid"

Hello Guys,

1 Day ago i restored my iphone to the Newest Version (7.1.1)

and now when i`m connecting my SIM Card It`s says :

SIM Not Valid

The SIM card that you currently have installed in this iphone

is from a carrier that is not supported under the activation policy (etc...)

I want to Note that my iPhone is Factory Unlocked and i bought it 2 years ago,

Does Apple have to unlock my iphone again by sending them my IMEI or Serial ?

Thanks you very Much !

Your phone was never factory unlocked. It was hacked to unlock it. When you updated it the process removed the hack.

There is no such thing as "factory unlocked". Anyone who sells a phone claiming this unlocked it by hacking in the "factory" in the back of their store.

Apple just says "unlocked" when they sell the phone. And the only place to by an unlocked phone is directly from Apple's online store or an Apple store. If you got it anywhere else it was never legitimately unlocked.

Some carriers will unlock a phone for their customers under certain conditions. Phones unlocked this way will not become locked when they are updated.
