Ipod Shuffle (Gen 2) strange glitches/cannot be read.

My Ipod shuffle's been acting weird, anyone know solutions to these?

1. My computer and itunes cannot read my Ipod shuffle(gen 2).

2. When its docked, it repeatedly makes connect and reconnect sounds.

3. When Plugged it lights up orange for one second, then green for 1 second.

- If Unplugged it lights up red.
