Git access: permission not working, all users can clone repository

Hello,

I've tried to install gitlab on Xcode server, and I've added repository path to the shell install, this changed permissions and now the permissions I've added in Server.app in repositories is ignored and all users can clone git rep via http.

Is there any way to restore the functionality to block unselected users?
