please any one tell me that is it OK to use 10w charger for an iPhone 5s or i use 5w charger for an iphone
It's OK. It comes with the 5w but you can use the 10w.

You can use your iPad charger
(rated at 10-12 watts) to charge your iPhone (uses 5 watt charger), and it will charge the iPhone faster.
