My mail on my ipad is still not wrking

What happens when you try to send, receive or delete emails - if you are getting an error message when trying to do any of them then what does it say ?

And you've tried the following : removing and adding the email account(s) back (and double-checking your provider's instructions for adding an account), closing the Mail app via the iPad's taskbar, soft-reset of the iPad ?

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430

Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.
