I once had imovie but deleted it. When i now click the download icon it says you have already purchased this, so it will be downloaded now at no extra cost. But it never downloads. I have tried signing in and out, but no luck.

Looks like you are having trouble downloading past purchased applications. If you can't download the app from the iOS device, try downloading it to the computer and syncing to the iOS device.

I Have same issue here. I tried to download with my pc but every time when pc download 350mb of the app, itunes stop working and crashes. Also I tried it to download with my iPad 4th gen. and iPhone 5 i am always getting unable to download error.
