Need help in installing OSX v 10.5

HI,

I have a used 2010 Macbook Pro that came with Mavericks. I want to install OSX Leopard v 10.5 in place of Mavericks so that I can utilize some older software.

I have the original Mac OSX install DVD of 10.5 that came with my machine. I have now used utilities to erase my hard drive. When I now turn on my computer, I get a gray screen with a flashing question mark with a picture like file that is flashing. What do I do now to install v 10.5? Thank You.
