Problem: Macbook Pro Retina - Canon Printer MX347

Using MX347 with this Macbook Pro via wifi for ten months. After recently the ink box replaced, while printing, the following message shows, and no other response all at, as the following first screen dump. The printer also comes with scanner, scanner work normally. For other Windows machines, the printing is ok as normal.

Open Printer Utility and Cleaning function, the following message shown and no response also.

Try turning off the power and unplugging the power cord. Leave it unplugged for 5 minutes then reconnect it and turn the power back on. Then see if you can print again.


If that does not help, then open Printers & Scanners and select the MX347 in the Printers list. Then click the minus button to remove this printer. Now try adding the printer and scanner again and see if that gets you printing again.
