Can't login, enter button not working.

Hello. So my problem is that my enter button won't work as I'm trying to login. I don't have a password so normally I'd just press the enter button and login right away. But yesterday, I tried pressing enter and nothing happens. I'm certain that the enter key isn't malfunctioning because it's a brand new computer.
