I just updated -warily- to iOS7 from iOS5.
When trying to open an M4P in a gmail attachment I see no "open in" alternative apps I own provided in a list of options.
Is this a gmail app issue, an iPhone iOS7 issue... or a mix?
Here is a picture of my limited options so far.
*The copy option does not copy the audio for pasting.

That is because you are clicking on an HTML link to a website, not a link directly to that file.
The Open In.. still exists in iOS 7.
Try following that link you have selected.

I didn't express that I had tried all of those links already.
I tried all of those options/links already. 🙂
They did not lead me to the traditional "open in" feature in iOS5.
I had to call in another -separate- app to handle it.
As The_Scort said, your screenshot shows you are not attempting to open an M4P attachment. It shows you are attempting to open a URL.
URLs are opened in Safari.
