iTunes 7 has encountered a problem and needs to close

Pretty much every time I open this iTunes 7 I keep getting this message. "iTunes 7 has encountered a problem and needs to close". It is beginning to get frustrating and I can't load back another type because my Music Store stuff refuses to play. What am I supposed to do?
