Q: Why isn't the Report a Problem work?

I am so mad because I rented a movie and was watching it and as soon as it started getting good it was all interruptions, And then their was and error code saying something like ( This movie can't be watched because it is authorized in another computer or device) and then I unauthorized it to be playing in my Apple TV, but I still got that error code, Then I was like well I guess I should request my money back but Lo-and-behold freaking thing wasn't AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT!!! I just want to know what I can do to solve this issue-
