Can I check my Icloud email without using an apple device?

I use my Icloud email address for almost everything, and I don't always have access to an apple product or I don't have my Iphone on me, but I always have access to a regular computer at work, I am tired of transfering emails all the time is there any way to access my Icloud emails on a non apple device?
