I take a picture on my ipad with it connected to my PC, want to see it on my PC without disconnecting

I take a picture on my ipad with it connected to my PC, want to see it on my PC without disconnecting.

I use my ipad as a camera connected to my PC. With my personal Ipad, I take a picture, can edit, and can see teh edited picture file in Windows Explorer on my WIn 7 PC.

I bought a newer Ipad for the office application we have, and with the Ipad connected to the PC, if I take a new picture, I have to disconnect teh ipad, and reconnect before the Win 7 PC will see that there is a new picture in the Ipad picture folder.

Is there a problem with the new Ipad? is there a missing driver?

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430

tried your suggestion but no chnage. I have to connect and reconnect each time. do not have this problem with my old Ipda. Have same issue with my iphone also.
