Of course! But I wanted to verity process goes well asking what to transfer, e.g. documents, mail, photos, ...
My scope is to select only my email but in documents I have few files, but process keep many minutes in this state without other signals.

Yes I have as antivirus 'Microsoft security Essentials', I turned off my Comodo firewall.
Do you suggest me other actions to take?

I don't know much about Windows migration, but from what I've read it's generally Firewall related, but might try adding the Mac User as a user on Windows to test.
I solved first issue, my user was corrupt so I migrated mail to another Windows user and I re-applied again assistant migration. Now pc is found but I can see no reference to mail account, but only photo, media, ... what do you think ?
Did you try the Migration yet & see if the new PC user on the Mac has it in Mail?
