i bought a life proof case and when i was filming underwater, water leaked through and ruined my phone. What should I do?

The other day I went to the apple store to buy a life proof case (iphone 5c, nuud). When I got home I did the water test that it told me to do and I found no leaks. then later I went to the pool and made sure that all the joints where snapped together and all the ports where closed, which they where. While filming underwater i noticed that my phone was starting to open random apps and use siri when i didnt want to. I got out of the water only to fined that the back of my case had a small leak in it. What should I do?

Note that the phone and back of the life proof case are both broken
