How can I add a new keyboard?

I am currently using a wireless Apple Bluetooth Keyboard on bootcamp that works fine. But I am wanting to use my brothers USB Apple Keyboard for the numpad. But for some reason bootcamp won't automatically connect my USB Keyboard, I went on control panel and it says it is connected and says that the device is working properly but it still doesn't let me use it. Does anyone know what to do?
