I have 'technicolor' PC on my file share list?

Also I have *.local, 169.254/16 as proxy. Could this have something with each other to do?

A while ago I noticed that Sharing under Favorites and over Units contains an unidentified user 'technicolor'. As soon as i try to view info it disapears. INow I have turned off every checkbox under sharing and hopefully this is nothing malicious 😠

Any one with the same problem? Known issue around Apple users? Virus/Trojan?

It is a PC whose owner has decided to make visible for file sharing purposes. Its name is "technicolor". It's not a virus.

You have no control over what other people do with their computers, and if you don't want to see them it then hide the "shared" items in the Sidebar or use Finder's Preferences to de-select what you don't want to see.

That requires further explanation.
