Export/Download Reminders from iCloud

I've been experimenting with the reminders app on my iPhone. I love the way it works with iCloud. It's nice to be able to access reminders from my MacBook.

I'd like to export or download my info. Ideally, I'd copy/paste into a word document. However, I'm only able to highlight and copy 1 entry at a time.

Is there an easier way to do this?

I could take screen shot, and type them out, but I have about 25 lists with 10-30 entries per list. I'd like to find an easier way :-)

Any help is appreciated.

Note: Depending on your needs, you may need to convert the resulting .ics file into a different format in order to use it with other documents.
