when i open my ichat preference, there is not iMessage account

Hi,

If you have iChat then you don't have Messages (the app that takes over at Mountain Lion) and therefore will not have iMessages.

Put another way you have to upgrade to Mountain Lion or Mavericks to get Messages to have an iMessages account.

Messages can do everything that iChat can do (except iChat Theatre) and has the iMessages account.
