hi, i changed my password on iPhone 5, the iphone is lock now.
i dont want to restore because i dont have any backup and i have many photos and movies of my grandmother who died last year.
what can i do??? it has to be another way, please help!!!!

You will need to use Google to get around the recovery method and it still may not work. You'll have to look for forensic software.
If the photos were taken with the phone then have you tried copying them off : iOS: Import personal photos and videos from iOS devices to your computer
If you've forgotten the passcode to unlock the phone then see this page : iOS: Forgot passcode or device disabled
You haven't been backing up to a computer's iTunes nor to the cloud ? If you can't copy the photos off via the above instructions then you could try searching the internet for programs that claim to be able to copy photos off a reset device.
We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove your email address from your post (it's not a good idea to post personal info on any public forum).
Take it in to an Apple Genius Bar if you can.
After an update my wife could no longer log-in with her existing password, the Genius was able to reset it so she could put it back again.
