I'm currently using Apple Configurator to reply iPads to our staff. We have used the assign method and have checked out an iPad to particular staff. Once we 'check in' an iPad, where is this data stored and how can I delete it?
I believe this data is stored in ~/Library/Application Support/com.apple.configurator/ and you can delete it per user by deleting the user in Configurator itself.

Thanks Ben, but when I follow that file path I don't find com.apple.configurator I also checked hd/Library/Appliction Support/ no luck. Any other ideas?
How about ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.configurator/Data/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup
Also, in the Assign view you can right click on a user and choose "Remove Documents and Settings"
Nope, my mistake. /MobileSync/Backup looks to me like some kind of backup per device. I now believe the per user backups are here:
Library/Containers/com.apple.configurator/Data/Library/Application Support/com.apple.configurator/Resources
Where does Apple Configurator store documents and settings?
