Jul 1, 2014 10:42 AM in response to Advill100by patixa,Are you using Course Manager (and not Public Site Manager) to upload your private course content?
Are you having trouble uploading all of your assets or only a particular one? If the latter, what type of asset is it (video, image, sound, etc.)?

I might not have the correct nomenclature.
This isn't for courses via Public Site Manager, login via https://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/DZStudio.woa/wa/SignIn. This is for uploads to our secure/private iTunes U that hosts course files that students access in parallel with our LMS integration., I login via (deimos.apple.com/WebObjects/Core.woa/SignIn). I am having problems with the secured iTunes. I have attempted to upload video as well as mp3 files.

Jul 1, 2014 11:11 AM in response to Advill100by patixa,If I may ask, why aren't you using Course Manager for your private course? As I understand it, the thing you are using is "old & busted", while Course Manager is the "new hotness" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ha-uagjJQ9k).

We have an infrastructure setup with the "old" system that integrates with our LMS on a course by course basis. Also the last time I checked, the new system places the burden of course creation on the instructor.

Jul 1, 2014 1:48 PM in response to Advill100by cameroco,Hi Advill100, I work for a university and we are having the same problem with the 'private' iTunes and LMS integration. We are unable to upload any files, regardless of size or file type, even files that have been uploaded to iTunes U before. Did this error just start today at your university? Or do you think it has been occurring for a while now? We only just had a user report it this morning, so we're not sure when it started.

I'm glad it's not just my institution. The last successful upload was last week on the 26th. I'm hoping it resolves itself and/or a FT engineer can jump in . Just incase I did submit a ticket via https://ssl.apple.com/support/itunes-u/public-site-manager/contact.html You might want to do the same? I'll keep this thread updated.

yes, working today. Interesting. I've only tried Safari on OSX but a co-worker is using a win 7 machine and it's working for him as well.
