i have problem on my iphone 5...After update ios 7.1.2

i have problem on my iphone 5...After update ios 7.1.2 my iphone dosent work and have a message put it on itunes....ok now after restore my iphone i can not open it because when i want open have a message activating ID.... the problem is iphone put me old ID and it want me ctiviting or i cant open..... the is a bige problem now i cant rest password because all option rest password unactive...sorry Apple now what is can i do?..... no email rest for you sending my email....please help me i cant open my iphone

thanks.....But the problem is problem, i can not rest my password by email because i did not found any message rest......



and i can not rest my password by all option help........ so i can not open my phone because no activating!


how can i open my phone by helpful Apple?


i am sure Apple have many and many ways ...please help me Apple
