My iPhone 4s froze while updating to iOS 7.1.2. Problem is, I can't reboot it because my sleep button doesn't work (hasn't for awhile).
Is there another way to force-restart it or shut it down??
if your phone froze,do nothing...just wait for the battery to be drained out...and then charge your phone again..it will be ok.
How long do you think it takes to drain the battery in software update state? Because it was 100% when I started to update. It is stocked for 2 hours and I cannot hard reboot since sleep button is not working.
I plugged my phone into iTunes and it says that the battery is 76%. It took approximately 2.5 hours to drain 24% battery. I have a long way to go...
