I have an unlocked Iphone 5 and it's not recognizing my chatr SIm card. As anyone else encountered this issue and how did you fix it ? Please let me know. Thank you

Please define "not recognizing". What is the exact message you're getting?
yes, it is a supported carrier and it was unlocked by Rogers.
at the top left hand corner just says No service
Then contact your phone carrier, cellular data is a carrier feature.

I don't see anything that looks like "CHATR" on this list of supported carriers : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1937
Unless you're talking about "Chat Mobility" in the US.
Is it an actual Nano-SIM or is it a SIM you tried to cut to fit?
