Any way to see my full billing info?

Hi, I am currently on holiday and stupidly didn't bring my debit card. I have just found out that I need to pay for something, but can't as I don't know my details fully. Is there any way to see your full card details on your iPhone, or even apple account, or will the numbers always be dotted out?
