5S Replacement screen and Home Button costs

Was running today and tripped over a concert ledge fell hard on palms, then rolled left. Had iPhone 5S in fanny pack. Siri went off but music didn't start back playing. Opened and found my screen shattered. Booked an appointment to have it repaired tomorrow but have a couple of questions that I could not find by searching.

Also discovered my Home Button is cracked and Finger Print ID no longer works. It will not even toggle on "Failed-Sorry, the operation was not successful. Please try again".

Is the price $270 to have the glass replaced? That seems to be what it says on the Apple site. Thought I remembered Apple offering in-store replacement screens for $150?

Does this include the Home Button?

"...An out of warranty replacement phone is $269."...

My memory is starting to come back now. Was running and my iPhone screen spontaneously cracked causing me to fall.😁 Now that's a plausible story if I ever heard one. Do they have an Apple Inept's Bar?

Looks like a $270 fall and only a strawberried left knee and abraded palms (if I don't look at my iPhone). Some luck to speak of. Was wearing a Garmin Forerunner 620 (left hand) and rolled to left but didn't scratch. That would have added an additional $400 to the fall.
