My MacBook won't start...sticks to white display with Apple logo and spinning wheel... I tried several things I found here and nothing worked... I held the Alt/option key and booted first from my HD didnt work...than I booted from recovery hd and the screen froze with OS utilities window on....
Sounds like you have a failed hard drive. Please make a Genius Appointment and take it in for service.
I Ran the Recovery boot and ran the disck utility...it said everything is ok...
while booting on recovery partitition my HD was still there..so I guess its a good sign
BUt won't boot.
won't boot in safe mode either...
Take out the HDD and install it into an enclosure. Connect it to your MBP and Boot the MBP holding down the OPTION key. If you see the external HDD, click on it. If it boots the MBP then the internal connection in the MBP is faulty. Usually a SATA cable replacement will fix the problem.

You do not sound stupid, you are simply acknowledging your lack of experience and limitations in these circumstances. I consider that wise.
If what I have written is alien to you, the the prudent option is to follow Kappy's advice and make an appointment at an Apple store genius bar. The evaluation will be for free and you will be in competent hands.

Repair disc says my hd is ok....
I guess theres noth more to do but go to Apple...
I Managed to instal OS X on a blank external HD I had...and I can still see my old HD in finder.
I want to transfer the files from the internal HD to my external Hd so that I can reinstall my internal one without loosing data..
can you help me with this?

Give this a try if you don't mind:
Reinstall Lion, Mountain Lion, or Mavericks Without Erasing the Drive
OS X Mavericks- Reinstall OS X
OS X Mountain Lion- Reinstall OS X
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet
if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.
