I forgot my security questions and I dont have an alt. Email

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my apple id ... I want to buy some apps but when I do it needs me to answer my security questions ... i forgot them but when I try to retrieve them I cant find any link since I dont have any alt E-Mail ... And I cant call apple support centre since I live in bahrain (Middle East) ... So what can I do?
