One of my Apple TVs is not updating.

I am attempting to update to the new 6.2 software for my 2 Apple TVs. One (newer) updated as expected. The other (older) unit goes to the "estimating time remaining" screen with the spinning wheel but there is no progression. Any ideas as to how to complete the update?

Please power off the Apple TV by unplugging it, and trying the update again. If the issue persists you will need to restore your Apple TV by following the steps in the article below:
