Trackpad software stucks in the same area with double click

When I click and then try to click again in the same area, it doest click anymore, I have to move the pointer, click in another place and the click again in the first place I want to click in the beginning. It happens with my mouse (usb mouse, bluetooth mouse, and an external trackpad) so this is a software problem not hardware. Ive tried to disable and enable taping and still the same. Any one have the same problem? and how you solve it. Thanks.
